A Blast From The Past!

March 15th, 2009

Found a load of old work, some of which is already posted on my previous blog and some that isn’t. Thought I’d stick it all on here seeing as this is my new chosen stage to showcase my projects.

Firstly some more quick animation tests from about 2 years ago, using Cinema4D.

Okay next up are some 3D stills that I have used for college/uni work as well as personal work.

Here is a headphone jack that I modeled roughly 2 years ago for a mobile device project in college.

Next up is a quick box that I applied the ‘Atom Array’ modifier to, thus making the box out of piping and spheres.

This one was a personal project, I set out to model a prototype futuristic vehicle.

This ones just a quick building I threw together in roughly 20-30 minutes, I originally planned to furnish the house with objects I created previously and in the future. I still intend to finish this project.

This was a project for my first year in University, I had to create a Toy for a mobile device. I decided to created musical instruments that would be used in conjunction with an iPod, these we’re known as ‘iNstruments’

This was probably my favourite project of the last 2-3 years and was created in my final year of college. As a group (6 of us) we had to create a virtual tour of our college’s library, I was in charge of creating the virtual navigation. For the navigation I created a realistic 3D version of the library in Cinema4D, after had a frame from each angle I decided to add a paint splatter behind the render to make it stand out in the tour. Then I took all the frames into flash and coded a rotating version of this, I also created the 2nd floor of our library for the final version of the project.
